Glossary Definition :
Foreign Nationals: Individuals who are not citizens of the United States , except for green card holders who are lawfully admitted to the U.S. for permanent residence. Foreign nationals are prohibited from making any contribution in connection with any election in the U.S. - federal, state or local - including a contribution to a political party. They are also prohibited from making an expenditure, or any disbursement for an electioneering communication, in connection with a federal election.
